Window Bird Feeders: Bird Watching Made Easy

Everybody loves birds. Something about them captures our imaginations like no other animal can. The bald eagle is nearly synonymous with the United States. Turkey, goose, and duck are staples at holiday feasts all around the world. Birds can also provide hours of enjoyment through birdwatching.Bird watching has potential to get frustrating though. What if there aren’t any birds? Most experienced bird watchers know that if they want to have a good time, they need to stack the odds in their favor by making their yard bird friendly. The best way to do this is with bird baths, bird houses, and bird feeders.Bird baths are all more or less the same. Bird houses, while they differ in style, all function in pretty much the same way. Similarly, bird feeders all work in the same manner: they dispense food so that birds can eat. Still, there are key differences in how and where bird feeders are mounted. My favorite type of bird feeder is the window bird feeder.Window bird feeders attach right to the window. That means that the birds will congregate around your window. Even in cold or rainy weather, you can watch birds in comfort. When the weather is nice, you can watch the birds from outside. It’s a win win situation. Many people have elderly relatives who have a hard time moving around or leaving the house. Window bird feeders allow them to experience a little bit of the great outdoors from the refuge of their house. Placed in an office window, window bird feeders provide a relaxing respite from tedious work, and a welcome distraction to brighten the mood.Bird feeders require little maintenance and are typically inexpensive. They provide a lot of bang for your buck by greatly increasing your bird watching success for very little money. Just pop one in the window, fill it with feed, and sit back and enjoy. It really couldn’t get much easier, or nicer, than that.Next, find that perfect window bird feeder at Marlon Birds
