Many companies don’t have the money to hire anyone. There are some places that have to let people go because they don’t have the budget. Then you have people who are looking for jobs, but can’t find them.Due to this whole disaster of losing money, there are many parts of government funding that are getting hit pretty hard. The amount of people on welfare has increased drastically. More and more people are out of jobs and they don’t have the money to pay for the things they need. When people lose jobs, they also lose health insurance so Medicaid and the amount of people on it has gone up as well.Those who lose their jobs will have a hard time finding a new one. Every company is afraid to hire someone new. That is something sad to say. Those who worked with the unemployment office have said that they had seen the highest rates in a long time nation wide. Government has had to extend the lengths of time in which people can receive unemployment as well due to this.So, what does this mean for the future? People have to start trusting again. This means that government has to do all it can do to make people want to buy things. They did the cash for clunkers program. This allowed people to trade their old cars in for cash but they were expected to get new cars so as to help the car industry. If people do not spend many companies are going to be forced to shut down and we are going to see more and more people out of jobs. Because of this more and more people are looking at claiming for PPI Claims and other options.This is the recession. It’s the hard brutality of it all. If people don’t start spending, the prices of things will never go down. However, there is hope. People were said to be spending quite a bit at Christmas and more and more stores are trying to have more and more sales. When this happens, you can find that you might have more people shopping. America has seen this before, and we’ll overcome it again.
